The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms are nicely decorated, there are some usability issues with worn items. The service, however, is outstanding and very helpful. The location is right in the center of Istanbul, perfect for sightseeing. The dining experience is good overall, but not exceptional.
